Welcome to EcomWave. By booking a call, purchasing a package, or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Services
EcomWave provides Shopify store design, brand identity, product research, ad account setup, and related e-commerce launch and growth services, as described on our website or agreed upon during your strategy call.
2. Bookings & Consultations
- Strategy calls are booked via our online scheduling tool and are free of charge unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a call with reasonable notice.
- Recommendations made during a call are based on the information you provide and general industry practice; they do not guarantee specific sales or business results.
3. Packages & Payment
- Package scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
- Payment terms (deposit, milestones, or full payment) will be agreed upon at the time of purchase.
- Prices are subject to change, but any price you have already agreed to and paid for will be honored.
4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver your project on time, we rely on you to provide timely feedback, brand assets, product information, and access to any accounts (e.g. Shopify, Meta, Google) required to complete the work.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Because our work involves custom design, research, and setup time, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation. Specific refund terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
6. Intellectual Property
Once a package is paid in full, ownership of the final store design, branding assets, and content created for you transfers to you. EcomWave retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. No Guarantee of Results
While we apply industry best practices to every project, we do not guarantee specific sales, traffic, or profit outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control (market conditions, product demand, ad performance, etc.).
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Shopify, Meta, Google, and various apps. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues caused by these platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability
EcomWave is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
